Internship: Research Facilitation and Knowledge Management

The Research Facilitation and Knowledge Management team at the UNICEF Office of Research-Innocenti seeks an intern for a six-month period starting beginning of March 2015. The main purpose of the position is to assist with the coordination of the ‘Best of UNICEF Research’ exercise that calls upon all UNICEF colleagues to submit their best examples of high-quality research carried out and completed in the past two years.

The intern will assist in the overall management of the exercise, the screening and assessment of the submitted research, setting up an external review panel, coordinating the publication of a booklet on the top submissions, and writing a ‘facts & figures’ document based on information collected.

Duty station: Florence, Italy
Duration: March-September 2015 (6 months)

It is important to note that as with all internships with UNICEF, this internship is unpaid. Travel costs, accommodation and living expenses to be covered by the intern or the sponsoring entity.
