Economic, social and cultural rights

     IRC site

CRC Article = 4
Note:
States Parties are required to take all appropriate legislative, administrative, and other measures for the implementation of the economic, social and cultural rights set forth in the CRC to the maximum extent of their available resources and, where needed, within the framework of international co-operation. Regarding those rights in the CRC that can be considered as economic, social or cultural rights, see the thematic listing particularly under "Basic health and welfare" and "Education, leisure and cultural activities". Consider also the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (1966).
