Childcare in a Changing World

In the second half of 2004, the CMK foundation for childcare together with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment of the Netherlands organized a three-day conference on the socio-economic aspects of childcare. The position papers of this conference provide a summarized overview of ECCE services in the European countries.
