Ewa Zgrzywa joined Innocenti in 2018 to support strategic planning and resource management. She has over 6 years of experience in UNDP, UNICEF, and ILO in resource mobilization and building and managing relations with traditional and non-traditional partners. Before joining Innocenti, Ewa managed partnerships and donor liaison at UNDP Headquarters and mapped private sector partners to expand ILO's global business network on social protection. She also supported fundraising and partnerships for UNICEF programme division (WASH) and UNDP's Regional Hub for Europe and the CIS in Istanbul. She has directly advised Country Offices on partnerships and contribution management, including non-traditional stakeholders such as emerging government donors, foundations and international financial intuitions stakeholders. Ewa holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK and a Master's degree in Development and International Cooperation from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland.
