Ruichuan Yu


Ruichuan Yu joined the UNICEF Office of Research – Innocenti in August 2020 to support the Research Facilitation and Knowledge Management Unit. He is working on multiple aspects of the team’s work including (i) supporting research knowledge management through quality-assurance of records on UNICEF’s internal ‘Evidence Information Systems Integration’ (EISI) database; (ii) supporting ethical evidence generation by producing a global mapping of national legislation relating to ethical review as pertains research involving children; (iii) providing assistance in capturing the online uptake and impact of UNICEF-Innocenti research and (iv) supporting development and population of our new Children and COVID-19 Research Library. Ruichuan holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science from Central European University and a double-bachelor degree in Public Administration and International Political Economy from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Waseda University.
