Ruwa joined the UNICEF Office of Research - Innocenti in September 2021. She is working to support the team on activities related to applied behavioural sciences and implementation research. Most recently, Ruwa completed an MSc in Political Economy of Emerging Markets at King’s College London, following an MA in International Development at the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA), Sciences Po Paris. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Development Studies with honours at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
