Education Researcher (Foundational Learning)
Kevin is a junior education researcher with the UNICEF Office of Research-Innocenti where he works on the Data Must Speak (DMS) Research. Prior to joining UNICEF, Kevin worked for four years with Children International (CI), first as a Monitoring and Evaluation lead of its Manila agency. He then transitioned into leading the collaboration and innovation strategies of CI's Asia and Africa region, where he co-launched with Root Change the concept of lean experimentation to improve programs. He also has experience in field data collection and management in the Philippines through his previous engagements with Innovations for Poverty Action and Save the Children. He completed his BA in Communication Research at the University of the Philippines and is currently on his way to earning a Master of Public Policy degree at the Willy Brandt School in Germany.
