Internship (Former title)
Ivan Mahardika is currently supporting the UNICEF Office of Research — Innocenti through a six-month internship, working on the Teachers for All (T4A) project to expand the evidence base on teacher deployment in Africa. He is in the process of finalizing a Master’s in public administration at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), New York City. He majors in Economic and Political Development and specializes in Data Analytics and Quantitative Analysis. Ivan has worked with various international organizations (J-PAL Southeast Asia, OECD, World Bank) in close partnership with national governments on the evaluation of anti-poverty programs and social welfare policies. For his capstone project at SIPA, he had the opportunity to support the launch of the Delivery Unit of the Office of the Prime Minister in Mongolia to strengthen national institutions.
