Yajna Elouard

Social and Economic Policy Researcher

Yajna holds a MA in Negotiation & Management of International Projects (France) and a MSc in International Health (Sweden). She has over 15 years work experience in managing and implementing humanitarian and development projects in the health sector in South and East Asia as well as West and East Africa. For the past decade, she has concentrated her efforts on conducting social research to evaluate programs to enhance their quality, effectiveness and coverage, including for the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) and the Center for Evaluation and Development (C4ED). She joined the Social and Economic Policy Unit in June 2022 and works on the qualitative evaluations of the Cash transfer programmes in Mali and Burkina Faso.
