Michèle has extensive experience in the design and implementation of research studies, including the use of quantitative and qualitative methods. Prior to joining UNICEF, she worked as an Education research consultant where she led projects aiming at informing, evaluating and developing the Education Programs of various local and international organizations. Her work mainly focused on the topics of education in emergency, refugee education, social-emotional learning and distance learning. Before that, she worked with the International Rescue Committee in Lebanon, on projects related to the evaluation and improvement of education support to refugees . Michèle is an Economics graduate. She obtained her M.A. from the American University of Beirut and her B.A. from the Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth.
