Claudia Mir

Consultant

Claudia Mir has worked as an independent consultant, workshop facilitator and teacher since 2007. Her first experience away from the public sector was working for FAO as a national consultant in process evaluation and monitoring and as a facilitator for M&E related workshops. In 2010 she co-founded Cocoa Services, S.C.; a consulting firm focused on public policy evaluation, coaching, mentoring and workshop facilitation, where she conducted more than 60 evaluations, studies & assessments, and over 40 training workshops for Mexican and International institutions where she oversaw ad hoc teams selected accordingly to each mission´s requirements. She has conducted the evaluation of development programs under several Ministries, including a variety of fields, such as: social protection, social housing promotion; social, rural and agricultural development; NGO development; labor; women and social economy development; social security; youth programs; education; social infrastructure; and microfinance.
