Dominika is a mixed methods researcher and evaluator with a particular interest in inclusion and equity in education. She is currently working on the Teachers for All project aimed at generating insights for policy makers to improve teacher deployment in Africa. Prior to joining UNICEF Innocenti, she worked at the UNICEF Regional Office (RO) for Europe and Central Asia where she led a multi-country evaluation of digital learning initiatives and supported the RO’s education response to the Ukraine war in the region. Before joining UNICEF, Dominika led research projects on education, early childhood development, and youth for UNICEF offices in Europe and Central Asia and the Middle East as well as other institutional and non-governmental clients. She has an MSc in International Development and Emerging Markets from King’s College London and works in English, Polish, and French.
