Meri Poghosyan
Education Researcher (Inclusive Education)
Meri Poghosyan is mixed-methods Research Consultant for Learning is for Everyone (LiFE) project in Mozambique, in charge of oversight of the research, data analysis, capacity building, government dialogue and report Production. She worked over 10 years with UNICEF as programme specialist in Armenia, Lebanon and Mozambique on a portfolio covering Education (Inclusive Education, Out-of-school children, ECE, Non-formal Education), Child Protection (De-institutionalization agenda; CP in Education), and Disability Inclusion (Large scale surveys and need analyses, Early identification and intervention, Inclusive WASH, Inclusive PSS and GBV services, social protection and education). She worked both in policy development and in emergency response. Prior to UNICEF, she worked for BRAC Uganda as research analyst and Habitat for Humanity as Porgramme Development manager.
Meri holds a Master’s of Public Policy degree from Duke University and is currently studying Environment and Development in the University of Edinburgh.
