GLOSSARY
Dissemination of reports
CRC Article = 44(6)
Note:
States Parties are required to make their reports for the Committee on the Rights of the Child on the measures they have adopted which give effect to the rights set forth in the CRC and on the progress made on the enjoyment of those rights widely available to the public in their own countries. In order to foster, monitor and enforce the effective implementation by States of the CRC, it is important that adults and children are aware of how States report to the Committee on the situation in their respective countries.
